Let’s look at what closed in escrow first. Keep in mind that these are from the NWMLS and compiled by me, so there could be some exceptions, but since we listed two out of three of them, the data can be reasonable relied on.

2420 Westlake Ave N #3 We listed this one for $1,200,000 and it sold for full price in 19 days. It is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath Westlake floating home built in 1996 with a unique condo form of ownership. It closed in escrow on 10/22/2021.

2600 Fairview Ave E #1 This was listed at $2,600,000 and sold for $2,550,000 in 17 days. It is a 3 bedroom, 1.75 bath built in 1975 in the Mallard Cove Floating Homes neighborhood of Eastlake. It closed in escrow on 10/16/2021.

2219 Fairview Ave #4 We listed this one for $1,399,950 and it sold for 8% over list at $1,520,000 in just 2 days. It is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath Eastlake floating home built in 1989 on a coop dock. It closed in escrow on 9/30/2021.
